A good friend challenged me at one of our fur meets. He ask why Christian furs. As I thought about it, it was a good question why. To him we are all just furries, and separate identity in the furry community only will cause a division. The thing is I could not come up with a good answer at the time. \u00a0As I look back, perhaps he and I lack of clarity is we Christians integrate the fandom and Christianity. Second, we as Christians are the light of the Gospel, even to the furry community. Finally, we share a distinctive relationship as brothers and sisters in Christ that transcends and become part of the fandom we belong. This can be I see similar beliefs amongst Christian Science Fiction and Anime fans.
