Last December 27th I was at the Hello Kitty Around the world pop up tour in Bellevue Washington. The pop-up more like Hell Kitty events held in Singapore and Taiwan but with little interactive pieces and not like museum type exhibit as was the Hello Kitty Super cute museum exhibit four years earlier to the date. still it was something to do.

Normally I wound wish them Happy B Day form Hello Kitty online or even Sanrio Town but the game ended in 2017 and the forum is on its way out.

The last time I was able to log on to Hello Kitty On line was August 2017. All attempts to contact Sanrio Digital to get a status on Hello Kitty Online remains unanswered; therefore, I must conclude the rumors are true that Hello Kitty Online has ended and the servers taken down.
My own adventure started with the Beta on 2008 and the Founders Beta. While Sanrio aimed the game at young female demographic, I could not help noticing the positive reviews and interest from male gamers. The game had potential to be a hit. I believe Sanrio mismanaged the distribution and promotion of Hello Kitty Online and squandered an opportunity.
I know I am late to the game, but I want to wish Kitty and Mimmy White a very happy birthday. Normally I would go on Hello Kitty Online, but it has been reported that the service has ended and the servers been taken down. The slow decline of Hello Kitty Online deserves a separate blog post.
