My Response to Twitter banning Proud Boys

I do not care for the Proud Boys is see them as secular version of the Promise Keepers but a little too rough, too easy to resort react back in violence, and  have populist views I disagree with.  Still I feel twitter was wrong, banning is not the answer. Confronting them in civil debate is the way.

I am very concern by the left wing bias and ideological cleansing by big social media. There is a tendency  of this groups  to move the goal post in what is  “hate speech” to where I  a devote orthodox   Christian and Libertarian feel my access  to these sites is in jeopardy. Furthermore, I find this policy of banning smacks of parentalism. I do not need Google, Facebook and Twitter to protect me from controversial and even hateful material. I am an adult. I can handle it.

I also find the conservative response even as troubling by calling for regulating private property. Being big and have many users do not negate the property free speech rights, even to be an absolute jerks.

So what do we do? As an example I closed my Twitter account, I refuse to support Twitters business with my presence.  I will seek out free and open alterative. I just walk away.

As to Preger University and like-minded people, I will leave Reason response as an example to what to do.
